Bee pollen contains more amino acids than fish, beef, or eggs. It is an excellent source of nutrition and is richer in protein than any flesh-based food.

Flavor: earthy, subtle sweetness some pieces of pollen have a slight bitter taste.

Suggested Use For Seasonal Allergies: Start with a few grains per day and slowly work your way up to ½ to 2 teaspoons daily.
