Pretty packaging but not effective for small eyelashes

If you’re wanting fuller looking lashes, this doesn’t do the trick. I have dark eyelashes but if someone with light lashes used it, I think it would work much more effectively. It also smudged quite a bit. I don’t have very long or full lashes so it wasn’t a good choice for me personally.
