I started with the Peptide and Tallow serum when starting with Root, then added this to my routine based on the reviews I've seen. I am very sensitive to fragrance and I just want to say this smells *delicious*. It is not too powerful for on my face. It's delightful, smooth, nourishing. I thought that this was an indulgent "extra" in routine, but I will absolutely be re-buying when I've used up my jar. So far it has lasted me 2 months and I'm only about halfway through. I can actually see how my skin calms about ten minutes after applying. As someone who is aiming to calm and soothe redness from rosacea, that feels a bit like magic.
I got the Soothe mini tallow stick back in April to give the product a try. (I really appreciate a mini size both for travel convenience and the chance to give a product a solid try before committing to the full size! Though I would love to see a plastic alternative someday - I love how many Root products are in glass instead of plastic. Not sure how feasible it would be for this but would love to see it!) Anyway, this little stick (combined with the Vit C solid serum) lasted me two months! I use it daily and really do think I saw some benefit with calming my skin. I've just gotten another mini + the rest tallow balm to try along with the rest of my Vit C (which is still about half full). Will go for the full size next!
I like the face polish, but I am finding it difficult to use. I never get a smooth paste. It wants to roll around on my face and not smooth out.

The absolutely LOVE the Bare tallow body butter. It is the perfect consistency with amazing ingredients. I love that there is no greasy residue after applying it, and that there is no tallow scent at all. So glad that I found Root Ave. Love that there is a Bible verse on the jar. I can’t wait to try more of the skin care! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love this product. It is a wonderful base for the other products and helps lock moisture into my skin.
This is a good serum however it wasn’t completely full when packaged. It had air at the bottom so I didn’t get a full amount.
Doesn’t work well at all. I did as the instructions said 1 teaspoon of water with 1 teaspoon of powder and it just crumbles everywhere on my face. It will not go on as a mask. I hope I’ll be able to get a refund.
Hi Rhonda! Thank you so much for your feedback. If you are experiencing a more crumbly consistency, I recommend increasing the amount of water slightly until you get the texture you are looking for. Since it is a natural product, sometimes the amount of water you need to add can vary slightly. I would add just a few more drops at a time until you get the consistency you are looking for - similar to when you are making something like a royal icing! This soap is wonderful! It has a light, clean scent and leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth without drying it out. The gentle exfoliation from the oats is perfect for everyday use. I love the natural ingredients!
I’ve been using RA body oils and products for several years, the body oils are one of my favorite items & it comes in my FAVORITE scent of hers- the lemon velvet! It’s so smooth, creamy & dreamy. My skin is soft and moisturized, the scent is subtle and sweet but stays all day!

I was a little hesitant to add another step, but this was absolutely the missing and new favorite step in my routine. The hydrosol helped, but the results with the addition of the silk peptide cream were immediate. I can literally feel it locking in moisture; my skin feels plump, happy, and genuinely hydrated.
I don’t want to sound cliche, but between nursing and living in a dry climate, my skin is constantly thirsty—but this feels like a tall glass of water for my face. I’m actually excited for my nighttime routine now.

Love the product. I’ve noticed less puffiness and lighter under eyes. Leaves skin oily so I just need to apply less than the dab suggested but besides that, love!
My daughter has some skin issues and this soap has been great for helping them calm down. There's no smell and it makes her skin so soft. I follow with Root body oil for the best results.
