My first time ordering this lip balm, I got 10 of them. Some to give away, but then some to put strategically around my house (bathroom, kitchen), in each of my main bags (purse, diaper bag, backpack), and in our two vehicles (in the cooler months, because it melted once in the summer haha). This is my absolute favorite of Root's lip balms. My lips are always sooooo soft and smooth when I use it consistently. I will forever love this one!

The best lip balm

I am always looking for the best lip balm I can find, big brands just feel thin on my lips and do not nourish them the way I want. After taking accutane, my lips were constantly feeling dehydrated and uncomfortable. The honey tallow lip balm feels so nourishing to my lips, the smell is lightly sweet but not overwhelming. I love the consistency and application is so smooth. I dont need to constantly apply it, one application lasts a while! I love love love this lip balm!

One of my favorites!

I wasn’t one of the people who requested this scent, but boy did it grow on me! & the scent and texture stay beautifully on the skin the entire day! It feels so luxurious on my skin, I can’t get enough! Just ordered 2 more after cruising through the first one!

So nourishing.

I really love your product line. I have rosacea and I haven’t used any medication on my face since using your products (going on 2 years). The products make my face feel great (and not hurt), while keeping my skin nourished and moisturized. Thank you for creating wonderful products.

Exfoliating!

I bought this as an alternative to the peppermint scrub available around Christmas. I highly recommend getting the 9oz jars since they are a great value and last longer. While I wish this had a slightly more lemon aroma versus vanilla, I love how the scrub is non abrasive and leaves buttery soft skin. I still pair it with the peppermint tallow whip I have left from last season, or the body oil. These combinations have particularly helped the dry skin on my legs.

A Great Serum

This serum has replaced a previous favorite of mine from another apothecary. It is lightweight, moisturizing, and doesn’t have a strong smell. It absorbs quickly and gives my skin a glow. I can use it alone, or a pair it with the Bare Tallow Whip. Love it!
